He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He held several executive positions in leading financial institutions before founding CapitalCorp. He has vast experience in International Banking, Retail Banking , Investment and Corporate Banking and Operations. He was until January 2010, the Managing Director Investment Banking, Oceanic Capital Ltd. Prior to this he was the Managing Director of Amalgamated Bank Ltd, Ghana from May 2006 to April 2009. He started his professional career at KPMG in 1989 where he trained till he qualified as a Chartered accountant in 1992.

He is a Chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in Front Office, Team Leadership and Business Management roles in first and second tier Nigerian Banks. He serves as a Non-Executive Director with FundiT in addition to serving on the Boards of other companies in the Oil & Gas and Logistics Sectors.

Gbenga Olaniyan is the CEO of EstateLinks Ltd a firm of International Real Estate Consultants as well as Principal Partner of Gbenga Olaniyan and Associates(Estate Suryevors & Valuers). With over 30 years experience he is one of the more respected real estate consultants in the country. Gbenga has attended several executive courses in LBS and Harvard Business School.

Experienced Corporate Commercial lawyer and astute legal advisor with over 20 years’ post call experience gained working in private practice as a solicitor and advocate and as in-house counsel and member of senior and extended leadership team for top tier organisations, driving strategic objectives and leadership of the organisation. Astute legal advisor, experienced in approaching issues both as a business manager and lawyer.
